Barrington Folio, an independent educational reading room, publishes this site and this notice. The room is not the maker of PDF Gear and does not pass notes along to that maker.
If you use the note form, you may type a name, an email address, and a message. A hidden field sits on the form to ignore automated postings. When that hidden field is filled in, the posting is dropped and is not shown back.
On a note the room accepts, the name and the message appear on the confirmation screen. That screen is the whole record. The room does not write the note into a database, does not sell it, and does not pass it to an advertising network. Closing or leaving the page ends it. The room does not run a mail service, so an address typed into the form is not used to write back.
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not load third-party scripts, fonts, or pixels. A host that serves the pages may keep ordinary connection logs, such as a time and a browser type. Those logs belong to hosting, not to an account with the reading room.
The note is written for adults who are studying a page editor. The room does not knowingly ask a child to send a message. Send only words you are willing to see repeated on the confirmation screen. Because the note is not stored, there is no later file here to amend or return.
